With coaches certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation (FPS) , we guarantee quality and safety in all our classes. Regardless of your skill level, from beginner to advanced , we are here to help you achieve your surfing goals. From level 0 , for those taking their first steps, to level 4 , for more experienced surfers, we offer a comprehensive program that covers everything from the basic fundamentals to the most advanced techniques. Classes are available for children aged 8 and over, young people and adults.
Our school offers a variety of surf lesson types: group lessons, private lessons, group lessons with video analysis, surf academy and Surfskate lessons. You can choose the program that best suits you and your goals. It's an excellent experience to share with family and friends .
Group classes with video analysis are ideal for rapid and effective progress. Evaluation of videos recorded during surf sessions allows detailed observation of each surfer's performance, offering personalized feedback to improve technique and maximize progress.
To add even more fun on land, Surfskate lessons are an excellent way to improve balance, coordination and fundamental surfing skills. With a holistic approach, we aim to not only enhance our students' skills but also promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
Each class is structured to include both a theoretical and practical component, covering fundamental techniques and essential safety rules. Our goal is the continuous development of your skills, focusing on your individual learning.

Group lessons are ideal for a week of Family Surfing or to enjoy with friends . If you are traveling alone, don't worry, you can meet new people and enjoy the experience of surfing in a group.
In our classes, we guarantee a safe and fun environment, with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 people per instructor. If there are age differences between adults and children, we provide two instructors in the same group, thus guaranteeing an adapted experience for all participants.
Furthermore, we offer different groups according to the learning level, from Level 0 (first time) to Level 4 (advanced). This approach aims to improve the quality and safety of classes, taking into account the different ages and experience levels of participants.
We also have packs with a greater number of classes so you can deepen your surfing knowledge and skills. All of our classes include a theoretical and practical part , where safety techniques and rules are covered, ensuring a complete and enriching experience for all participants.

This service is aimed at intermediate and advanced surfers who already have some independence in the water and want to improve their surfing level effectively. If you already feel comfortable in the water, this method may be ideal for you. Your coach will record all your sessions and then review them with you to help you improve.
Video tools give us the ability to capture, slow down, compare, annotate and measure every movement with remarkable precision. The students' epic sessions are recorded on video, providing a detailed analysis of the technique and significantly elevating individual performance. The wave line is refined and enhanced, as well as the student's entire trajectory as he glides majestically over the waves. This method proves to be not only effective, but truly essential for any surfer.
We will focus on fundamental techniques, enhancing your speed, power and positioning in the line-up. You'll perfect maneuvers like the bottom-turn, turns, and master a variety of moves, including the top-turn, cutback, roundhouse-cutback, snap, and many others. Rentals
Surf Mama School provides equipment to any customer for rent, ensuring that the equipment is in good condition. The customer is responsible for the equipment supplied and must deliver it under the same conditions. The customer will be charged for the repair cost in case of damaged or lost equipment.

Surf Levels

LEVEL 0: STARTED
For those who have never surfed. You will learn the main safety rules, reading the sea, how to paddle the board, transport the board, stand on the board, catch foam or green waves, stand and correct surfing posture on the board.

LEVEL 1: STARTED
For those who have practiced some time ago, or for those who have only practiced a few times but want to improve their rowing and stand up more easily. Also learn to control the board better when sliding and progress to the line-up. Introduction of line-up rules and techniques. Take-off when entering the wave, speed and small curves.

LEVEL 2: INTERMEDIATE
For those who have surfed in the line-up some time ago, or for those who have only been in the line-up a few times and need to gain more sea reading, consistency in catching waves and positioning at the peak. Gain autonomy, travel on the wave wall, surf different types of waves, priorities and choice of waves.

LEVEL 3: INTERMEDIATE
For line-up surfers, with autonomy and who already catch waves but need to work on wave choice, rights and lefts, positioning on the peak, traveling on the wave to the left and right and learning to generate speed. Improve board control and start using lines and curves to travel on the wave wall.

For experienced line-up surfers, with autonomy and some solidity. Aimed at improving surfing techniques such as bottom turn, cutback, top turn, snap, among others. And improve positioning in the sea and wave line.
